Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club

members of the
Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club
(WaterlooRPC) for their hard work, devotion
and perseverance over the last 81 years.
The Club was first founded in 1934
as the Rumseyville Pistol Club. The
Club and shooting range was located on the top floor
of a large building
complex at the
east end of downtown Seneca Falls, NY. A year
the Club was changed to Seneca Falls Rifle
& Pistol Club. In
April of 1935 the Club incorporated and in April of 1936 became an affiliated
member of the NRA. The Seneca Falls Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc. continued
to use the Seneca Falls
location till it moved in 1952 to its current location
in Waterloo, NY. Homer Jenkins,
a long time member of the Club, donated
some 27 acres of land to the Club. The property had once been
quarry and it
turned out to be the perfect place to relocate
In 2000, to alleviate the confusion of having
the Club name not
geographical location, the name of the Club was changed to
Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc.

***To all IDPA shooters*** IDPA practice will be outdoors
through Nov. of
2017. Practice is every Monday from 6:30 PM
to 8:30 PM that doesn't conflict
with membership or BOD
& Pistol Club's next IDPA match will be Saturday Dec. 9th.
are normally scheduled for the second Saturday of
every month at
10:00 AM. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, match dates
change. Please check our calendar for the most up-to-date scheduling.
NOTE: Only 10 round magazines
allowed during matches. The use of hi-
mags to top off firearms
during the course of fire will
be discouraged. Shooters who are interested in attending or need more info

Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club's next Defensive Handgun (DH) match will be Sun.
Jan. 28 2018. There will be NO 2017
Dec. match because of Xmas. The rules
for DH are relaxed to accommodate a higher focus on Handgun safety. It's also
a great way to prepare
for IDPA. Matches are normally scheduled for basic
firearms training. DH is on the forth Sunday of every month at 10:00 AM.

Firearms Enforcement Act of 2013.
Some 50 Club members took
part in the demonstration.
